DoT Consult d.o.o. is established in 2022 by Domagoj Talapko, PhD. Domagoj has over fifteen years of experience in telecommunication and data center industry. His area of expertise is infrastructure design, bid management, business development and project management. In parallel to his career he is actively working with academia on topics of distributed power generation, reliability and risk assessment of the critical infrastructure.
